I will be seeking a 2nd opinion through my insurance and demanding my car get taken elsewhere

Awesome service from the team at Drive group Melville. From the minute we organised to have the assessor (Luke) check the car damage after the accident, Steve the painter who did a beautiful paint job, to the moment I got my car home, the team exceeded expectations and the repairs were first class. Andy, the business manager is a wonderful guy who goes above and beyond what is expected and always greets you with a smile. Thank you Drive group Melville. You are all amazing human beings.

Guys, before you waste time for Assessment, please be aware of the wait times. Firstly, the day of assessment, I was told I will hear back from them with in 24-48 hours. No call back, I then chased and got told they are too busy. Then in an email they stated 21st march for repair. Then another email ,the repair will be booked in April. I checked their reviews and decided to go through them. Unfortunately, they have way too much work, can't stand by what they said. Pathetic service! PLEASE AVOID. More than two months to get the repair done! Plenty of crash repairs! Guys, keep on lodging a complaint with CCC and they will one day investigate into the alleged inside trading of Insurance provider's alleged dealing, forcing their clients to choose their choice of repairer's.

Disappointed waiting 5 months for my ute to be repaired..... then to find it still wasn't repaired to the original condition...... please, please avoid

Nice folk, but don’t waste your time even contemplating to ring them. That’s a lost cause.
