2002 VU MalooNobody with a rare or expensive car should ever consider taking it here.Had my maloo repaired here (insurance job). Had a broken headlight, small bend in the bonnet in the corner at the headlight, bumper had popped out on the side but that was it.Terrible work is an understatement. Paint all over was shocking quality and takes away from the car. Not only were the repairs done as cheaply as possible, but instead of fixing the bumper, it had been sanded in places and tabs cut-off and it was full of sikaflex. The paint had not been based properly and was lifting, the paint colour was wrong, paint was oversprayed onto a different colour painted surfaces, bonnet gaps and headlight gaps wrong, multiple holes were drilled to make the bumper fit like this. The headlight was replaced with a non-genuine one which was a different size which caused more issues as well.I took the car back 3 times and the manager I delt with was an absolute tool. I am only giving 1 star because the receptionist was very useful. The bumper has since been fixed at a much better shop.Parts for early HSVs are expensive and they butchered this bumper to get it on the car. They are a chop shop, car enthusiasts STAY AWAY!

I thought that when I asked for the manager Mike he was really helpful .Mine was a minor accident and was completed within 3 days which was great.

Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs. Can I give them zero stars? Even that would be too many for this group of amateurs.After 2 weeks in the shop my vehicle had to be taken back twice more and even then it wasn’t completed. Overspray on wheels, body panels not lining up, insulation not reinstalled, screws rattling around when corners, missing screws.Gross incompetence….

Had to return the car to get the scratches out of the new bumper and the overspray off the roof plus car looked like a pig and my carcam was turned to point at the roof on front and rear. My passenger side mirror had been moved both time and now it won't move up or down . Gave 2 stars because they fixed all and still getting the mirror fixed. I won't be back to Osborne park ever again.

My car went in for repairs, to the LHS of vehicle. I left it a washed state with SMART Welshpool. I received the car back earlier than expected. Upon pickup I noted to the reception that i was not happy about getting my car back in a filthy state and was advised if I had an issue to bring it up with the manager. As a tradie myself I would not allow a clients car to come back in such a state.Upon washing my car I found several items that were not repaired or fixed properly which includeChrome trim damaged by screw driver marks upon taking off, old damaged trim not clipped in to car properly.Door rubber weather strip has all broken clips and falls off doorMissing clips on wheel arch lining and skirtPaint Pen marks still on carMy car was taken to the business 4 times and still need additional repairs, which i have chosen to take my car elsewhere and get repaired properly.

Same review I gave the Osborne Park branch because both looked at the car.Very happy. I was annoyed that I didn't have a choice of repairer, and really wanted to go elsewhere, especially as these guys were closed over Christmas so I had to wait nearly a month (stupid cheap insurance).In the end the customer service was great, free Uber to and from, and the repair job is perfect (which was the main thing I cared about).They had to send my car from Osborne Park to the Welshpool branch but got me Uber there to collect and the repair is flawless so I'm very happy.

The service guys explained everything. Very polite very patient with a fussy old lady. Receptionist is brilliant. Excellent comm skills. Both the car managers forgotten their names were very professional. Thank you so much

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE! REPEAT DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.THE SPARE PARTS THEY USE ARE AFTER MARKET OR REPAIRED PARTS. NOT ORIGINAL.EVEN IF YOU ARE AAMI CUSTOMER, THEY HAVE A CORRUPTED RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY. CHANGE INSURANCE TO RAC AND GO ELSEWHERE.I brought my brand new $42000 Camry here to replace the damaged doors. My car was having very loud wind noise and it ruined the vehicle.Drove an hour back and forth per trip to bring the car back like 10 times to repair, all they did was minor corrections each time, did not fixed the door. One of them (the bald guy) even threatened to contact the insurance. Now I know what it means, It meant they are working together to insurance to get away with fitting broken doors to customer's cars to maximise they're profit.AAMI insurance was not professional, kept coming up with excuses to delay the refixing process and lied to push the blame on other workshops as a cover up.Very disappointed to find out unprofessional conduct exist in Australia and felt sorry for the people who scam for a living.THEY WILL PROBABLY COMMENT ON THIS TO SAY SOMEONE WILL KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ME. DONT LISTEN TO THEM.JUST WATCH..

Great service so far, especially the receptionist who was just lovely and so very helpful
