Scan tool said fuel bank trim.Mark was very unprofessional.Our Triton 4wd was waiting for 6 days for parts to come from Perth.Told 2 days wait at the most.Each day we went to see how things were going, Mark would tell us, nope, no delivery.After 5 days I insisted that I wanted to know the con note and order details and wanted to know where the parts were.They could not find them in the system.We were then told the items were delivered and we're out the back.Mark said was the stock had just arrived in an unnamed box?.They changed spark plugs, rocket cover gasket.$1100.00 parts and service.A mechanic who started his new fortnightly shift was unaware our car was waiting to go in the workshop.So another day where our car was sitting in the car park.Mark did not hand this over to him.We left Newman only to have same identical problem again 150 kms out if Newman.I feel we should be Reimbursed for labour.Mark had I don't care attitude which I could feel some of the staff felt the same. .

Would like to say a big thank you to Jon for assisting us when our car split an intercooler hose.Professional service and went clearly out of their way to assist us in getting the car back on the road.We highly recommend this business.Paul, Sharon, Henry and Chelsey. Tom Price.

Can not Fault these guys Kept me fully informed at all times, When a fault occurred with out questions they travelled a number of hours to attend to my car roadside, Wade the Mechanic was very professional, and had me mobile in no time at all.Highly recommend these guys and they will be my choice now for all servicing and repairs.

We had the pleasure of being dumped on ulti mech’s doorstep in Newman when we were towed for the fourth time on that trip! These guys were standout from all our experiences as helpful, friendly, patient, and generally gave us their time during a busy period ( they were fully booked!) to check our van over. Not only that but out of about 5 different mechanics they solved the problem for the day and got us on our merry way! They also wrote down the work they had done down comprehensively so we could build a picture of what was occurring for the vehicle as we have one of those tricky faults that’s intermittent. Very professional experienced team!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Ben and Mark for looking after us so well. Stranded 2 hours out of Newman, Ben spent hours trying to get the car going. Unfortunately he couldn’t as a new fuel pump was needed. Despite being booked out until Thursday they ordered the parts from the side of the road and squeezed us in the next day. Such incredible service and it means we are able to get back to work in Perth on time! Absolute legends!
