We recently purchased a 2011 BMW X5 and took it to New Kasse Automotives for the first time. Very customer focused and Lisa took the time to explain the issues that had been identified by Andy, which unfortunately were a few, due to the age of the vehicle. Highly recommend New Klasse Automotives!

I arranged a pre purchase inspection with Lisa and Andy, car was in WA I was in Tasmania. Super efficient and easy to deal with and provided an excellently detailed report on the condition of the vehicle with photos and video to back it up. Spectacular service from the other side of the country. If there mechanical work is done to the same standards, and I can only imagine that would be the case New Klasse Automotive is a hidden gem. Top quality service at a reasonable price. Wish I had a local BMW mechanic that was as customer driven.
